• Basic Requirements:
  • Guests must choose their own caterer and supply their own alcohol if they wish to serve it.
    • A suggested vendor list is available upon request.
  • Guests must purchase a liquor liability insurance if they are serving alcohol.
  • Guests are responsible for basic clean up and removal of all decorations after their event.
• Small Events:
  • Exclusive use of the lower level and covered patio for a 4-hour time slot
    • Additional hours and/or the use of the upstairs banquet hall may be purchased for additional fees
